I really don't know why I have this strange fascination with the inmates that you can see from Noel's rooftop pool...but this is a little insight into their recess. Interesting dichotomy of sitting on the roof enjoying a big margarita and then looking at this...

i am cracking up at you and your obsession w/that place. i admit i was also that way when i fist saw it, but when I got the comment "Noel, there's some guys who'd definitely be hot for you" from more than one person I stopped looking down there. has it really come to that E? The only guys left that would take me are inmates?!!! bleepin bleep
