The next generation...This is Jack and Anne Dotzler. Aren't they cute? Katie is the first of my high school friends to get married and have babies (with #3 on the way!) We called ourselves 'The Poons' (don't know why...) at Regis; and we thought we were pretty hot. At least our children may truly be 'hot' I am hoping to see these little ones when I am in Chi-town for the marathon. Anne looks just like her Mommy.
Been a busy week so far...but discovered that iTunes has audiobooks last night! Downloaded the abridged version of 'Naked' by David Sedaris, and I am waiting for a preferred reading list from MB since she is good and actually reads books. I was half-tempted to download James Earl Jones reading the Bible...but passed-it scared me. It's almost time to impose an allowance again.
I get to go the Sioux Falls, South Dakota for my cousin, Tom's wedding this weekend. I am going to take all of Friday off and run my 18 miles before jumping on a plane...I am going to try and avoid running in SD on Sat. AM with Cory & Matt.
Still praying about my living situation. I am leaning toward Waugh's and saving at this point, but it changes daily. I have been able to save, but not as much as I had originally intended...time to refocus with the goal of being able to buy something!

hey dere...
i just downloaded the new john mayer cd and me gusta mucho.
as for books, here are some favorites of past years:
shadow of the wind- carlos ruiz zafon (mystery/romance takes place in barcelona)
the secret life of bees- sue monk kidd (sweet story about growing up in the racially-charged south)
the time travlers wife- so so good. hard to describe, but it involves time travel :)
the kite runner- probably the best book i've read in years. friends growing up in a tumultuous afghanistan.
party!
I agree with Mary Beth...I have read her last three recommendations and they are ALL SOOOOO GOOD!@!! I'll have to try her first recommendation since I trust her other choices. ha ha cute kids btw.
